How do I care for my new air plants?
Air plants (Tillandsia) do not need soil. They require bright, indirect light and a weekly soak in water for about 20-30 minutes. Ensure they dry completely within 4 hours to prevent rot.
What is your Live Arrival Guarantee?
We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and vibrant. If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During extreme weather, we may hold shipments briefly to ensure the plants' safety.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order at checkout to protect the plants from freezing temperatures during transit.
Can I return non-plant items?
Yes, hard goods like terrariums, misting bottles, and holders can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Why does my plant look slightly different from the photo?
Since air plants are living organisms, no two are exactly alike. Variations in shape, size, and color are natural. Some plants may also arrive in a 'blushing' state or with blooms depending on the season.
